These may involve:
WordPress

Website design tools
Website configuration
Demonstration environments
Temporary website installations
Other relevant digital resources
Practical workshops are intended primarily for educational purposes.
Unless expressly stated in the event description, participation does not include the delivery of a completed professional website.
Participants should not assume that a workshop provides an ongoing website development service, permanent hosting or indefinite access to technical resources.
Temporary Website and Technical Access
Where practical participation requires access to a website installation or technical environment, Grow With Intent Limited may provide temporary access for the relevant activity.
Access may be limited to a specified period, including up to 24 hours where stated in the event description.
Participants must use the resources only for authorised educational purposes.
Temporary access may be withdrawn when the agreed period expires.
We are not obliged to maintain temporary installations, content or accounts after the access period ends unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Participants attending practical workshops may be required to:
Have access to a suitable computer
Maintain a reliable internet connection

Technical Difficulties
Online events and practical workshops may be affected by technical difficulties.
These may include:
Internet connectivity problems
Software compatibility issues
Video-conferencing interruptions
Third-party platform failures
Temporary hosting issues
Device-related problems
We will take reasonable steps to address technical problems within our control.
However, we cannot guarantee that every participant’s personal device, internet connection or third-party software will function without interruption.
Where a material technical failure attributable to our delivery prevents a paid event from being provided as agreed, we will assess appropriate remedies in accordance with applicable law.
Educational Purpose and Limitations
Our events are intended to provide general educational information, demonstrations and practical learning opportunities.
Information shared during events should not be treated as a guarantee of specific commercial, financial, professional or technical outcomes.
We do not guarantee that participants will:
Establish a successful business
Generate sales or enquiries
Achieve particular financial results
Improve search engine rankings
Obtain employment or business opportunities
Develop a fully operational website during a workshop
Master every subject discussed
Participants are responsible for assessing the suitability of information for their circumstances.
Nothing in this section removes our responsibility to provide paid services with reasonable care and skill.
Professional Advice
Educational content may cover website development, digital services, business operations and related subjects.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our events do not provide individual legal, financial, tax or other regulated professional advice.
Participants should obtain independent professional advice where necessary.
Any general information shared during an event should be considered in light of the participant’s own circumstances.
Guest Speakers and Collaborators
Grow With Intent Limited may invite independent professionals, educators, businesses or organisations to contribute to events.
Guest speakers and collaborators may provide presentations, demonstrations, opinions or educational materials.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, independent contributors do not act as employees or authorised representatives of Grow With Intent Limited.
Their views and statements do not necessarily represent those of Grow With Intent Limited.
We do not automatically endorse every product, service, claim or recommendation made by an independent contributor.
We will take reasonable care in the organisation of events and selection of contributors where appropriate.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Promotion of Third-Party Events
Grow With Intent Limited may promote events independently organised by other businesses or organisations.
Where we act solely as a promoter, we are not automatically the organiser or contractual supplier of the event.
The independent organiser will generally be responsible for:
Event delivery
Booking conditions
Participant communications
Cancellations and refunds
Event-specific conduct requirements
Its own data protection obligations
Participants should review the independent organiser’s applicable terms and policies.
We will seek to distinguish independently organised events from those delivered by Grow With Intent Limited.
Our promotional involvement does not automatically make us responsible for every act or omission of an independent organiser.
This does not exclude liability arising from our own unlawful conduct, misleading representations or other obligations imposed by law.
Collaboration with MWCanHelp
Grow With Intent Limited may collaborate with MWCanHelp on selected educational events, workshops and business initiatives.
MWCanHelp is operated by Michelle Wright as a sole trader and is legally separate from Grow With Intent Limited.
The relevant event organiser or contracting party will be identified where appropriate.
A booking made with Grow With Intent Limited does not automatically create a contract with MWCanHelp.
Likewise, independent services offered by MWCanHelp are not automatically services provided by Grow With Intent Limited.
Any personal information shared between the businesses will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
MWCanHelp WhatsApp Community Invitations
Participants may be offered the opportunity to receive an invitation to the MWCanHelp WhatsApp community.
This opportunity is voluntary and separate from event registration.
Where a participant expressly selects Yes, Grow With Intent Limited may share the necessary name and contact details with MWCanHelp for the purpose of arranging the requested invitation.
Declining an invitation will not affect eligibility to attend the event.
Consent to receive a community invitation does not automatically constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications.
Further information is available in our Privacy Policy.
Grow With Intent Mailing List
Participants may be invited to subscribe to the Grow With Intent mailing list.
Subscription is optional.
Where consent is required, participants must actively choose to receive marketing emails.
Registration for an event does not automatically constitute consent to marketing.
Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time.
Our marketing practices are governed by applicable UK data protection legislation and PECR.
Starter Website Enquiries
Participants may be offered the opportunity to request information about our affordable Starter Website services.
Where a participant expressly requests contact, we may use the contact details provided to respond to that enquiry and explain relevant packages and pricing.
Requesting Starter Website information does not automatically subscribe a participant to our general mailing list.
Participants may ask us to stop contacting them about Starter Website services at any time.
Participant Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally.
The following conduct is prohibited:
Harassment or intimidation
Discriminatory or abusive behaviour
Threatening or aggressive conduct
Deliberate disruption
Unauthorised access to technical systems
Misuse of workshop resources
Sharing another participant’s personal information without permission
Unauthorised recording or distribution of event content
Unlawful activity
Participants must follow reasonable instructions provided by the event host or authorised representatives.
We reserve the right to take proportionate action where conduct breaches this Event Policy.
Removal from Events
We may warn, restrict or remove participants whose conduct materially disrupts an event, threatens others or breaches applicable participation requirements.
Where reasonably appropriate, we may provide an opportunity to correct the behaviour before removal.
Immediate removal may be necessary where there is a serious safety, security or conduct concern.
Removal from a paid event does not automatically extinguish any statutory refund or other legal rights.
Any decision concerning refunds following removal will be assessed in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the case.
Respect, Privacy and Confidentiality
Participants must respect the privacy of other attendees.
Information shared during events may include personal experiences, business challenges or commercially sensitive matters.
Participants should not disclose another person’s private information without permission.
Although we expect attendees to act responsibly, we cannot guarantee that information voluntarily shared in a group setting will remain confidential.
Participants should exercise discretion when discussing sensitive matters.
Event Recordings and Photography
Events may involve recording, photography or screenshots where appropriate.
Where Grow With Intent Limited intends to record an event, we will provide relevant information and comply with applicable data protection requirements.
Any promotional use of identifiable attendee information will require an appropriate lawful basis and any consent required by law.
Participants must not independently record, photograph or distribute identifiable information about others without appropriate permission.
Recording restrictions may also apply to presentations and workshop demonstrations.
Intellectual Property
Event presentations, educational materials, demonstrations, designs and other resources may be protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights.
Unless expressly permitted, participants must not:
Reproduce event materials for commercial purposes
Redistribute paid educational resources
Sell or license materials belonging to Grow With Intent Limited
Record and republish presentations
Represent another person’s work as their own
Participants may use knowledge gained during events for their own lawful personal or business purposes.
Any specific permissions concerning templates, files or practical workshop materials will be explained where relevant.
Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licensing conditions.
Event Changes and Rescheduling
We may need to change event arrangements for reasonable operational, technical or unforeseen circumstances.
Changes may include:
Event dates
Start or finish times
Delivery platforms
Presenters
Workshop arrangements
Venue or online access details
We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of material changes.
Where a material change affects a paid booking, participants will retain any applicable contractual and statutory rights.
Cancellation by Grow With Intent Limited
We may cancel an event where reasonably necessary, including because of:
Presenter unavailability
Serious technical difficulties
Insufficient registrations
Unexpected operational circumstances
Events beyond our reasonable control
Where we cancel a paid event without providing the contracted service, participants will be offered an appropriate remedy, including a refund where legally required.
We may offer an alternative date or event, but participants will not be required to accept an alternative where they are legally entitled to a refund.
Where a free event is cancelled, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants.
Cancellation by Participants
Participants who wish to cancel their registration should use the applicable booking platform or contact us at enquiries@growwithintent.co.uk.
Cancellation arrangements may differ depending on the event type, booking conditions and applicable consumer protection law.
For paid events, any cancellation deadlines or contractual refund restrictions will be disclosed before booking.
Where statutory cancellation rights apply, they will be respected.
Certain leisure services scheduled for a specific date or period may be exempt from the usual 14-day distance-selling cancellation right. Whether an exemption applies depends on the actual nature of the event and relevant law; educational events are not automatically exempt.
Where no statutory cancellation right applies, the published contractual cancellation terms will govern, subject to applicable law.
Refunds
Refund eligibility will depend on:
The event description
The applicable booking conditions
The reason for cancellation
Whether the event has been delivered
Whether a material change has occurred
Applicable consumer protection legislation
We will not apply refund restrictions in a manner that unlawfully removes statutory rights.
Where a refund is due, it will be processed in accordance with the applicable legal requirements and payment arrangements.
Any third-party booking fees will be addressed in accordance with the relevant platform terms and applicable law.
Late Arrivals and Non-Attendance
Participants are responsible for joining events at the scheduled time.
Late arrival may result in missed content or reduced opportunities for practical participation.
Where an event has limited capacity or allocated participation periods, late arrivals may not be guaranteed the same level of participation as those who arrive on time.
Participants who fail to attend should not assume that a recording, replacement session or refund will automatically be available.
Any entitlement to a refund or other remedy will be determined by the applicable booking terms and law.
Accessibility and Reasonable Adjustments
We aim to make our events accessible and inclusive.
Participants who require reasonable adjustments are encouraged to contact us in advance so that suitable arrangements can be considered.
Email: enquiries@growwithintent.co.uk
We will consider reasonable adjustments in accordance with applicable equality legislation.
We will not guarantee that every requested adjustment can be provided, but we will assess requests fairly and consider appropriate alternatives where necessary.
Participants are not required to disclose unnecessary medical or personal information.
Health and Safety
Participants are responsible for taking reasonable care of their own safety and the safety of others.
For online workshops, participants should use suitable equipment and an appropriate working environment.
For any in-person activities, participants must comply with reasonable venue and safety instructions.
Grow With Intent Limited will fulfil its applicable health and safety obligations.
Nothing in this Event Policy excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in this Event Policy excludes or restricts liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Breach of statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded
Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted
Subject to these protections, Grow With Intent Limited will not be responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control or matters for which it has no legal responsibility.
We do not guarantee particular business, financial, professional or technical outcomes from attendance.
For business participants, any additional contractual limitations of liability must comply with applicable law and requirements of reasonableness.
For consumers, nothing in this Event Policy removes the right to receive paid services with reasonable care and skill or any other non-excludable statutory protection.
Company Liability and Directors
Grow With Intent Limited is a separate legal entity from its directors, shareholders, employees and representatives.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, bookings and contracts for events organised and supplied by Grow With Intent Limited are entered into with the company.
No director, shareholder, employee or representative provides a personal guarantee merely by organising, presenting or administering an event on behalf of the company.
Where a director or authorised representative communicates with participants on behalf of Grow With Intent Limited, they do so in their representative capacity unless expressly stated otherwise.
To the extent permitted by law, contractual claims relating to events supplied by Grow With Intent Limited should be directed to the company as the contracting party.
Nothing in this section excludes personal liability arising from fraud, an individual’s own unlawful conduct, expressly assumed personal obligations or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Events Beyond Our Control
Events may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These may include major internet outages, widespread technical failures, natural disasters, public emergencies or other exceptional circumstances.
We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and communicate material changes.
Where such circumstances prevent delivery of a paid event, participants’ rights will be determined by the applicable contract and law.
