Your website will be created using WordPress, with Elementor used to design and build your website. For ecommerce websites, WooCommerce will also be used to set up and manage your online shop.
You receive domain setup, web hosting, one business email address, website creation, up to seven pages and ongoing basic website maintenance. If you do not already have your website text or images, we can also add suitable text and stock photos to your website.
The standard price is ยฃ49.99 per month for the Starter Website and ยฃ69.99 per month for the Ecommerce Starter Website. A one-off fee is also required with your first payment.
Your website can be ready within no more than two weeks, provided all required information has been received.
You receive up to two rounds of revisions during the initial website build and up to two rounds of updates or revisions each month once your website is live. Further revisions are available at an additional cost.
Yes. There is no fixed-term contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the Terms and Conditions.
You can request assistance with transferring your domain for a one-off fee. If you want your website transferred to another platform, the cost will depend on the platform and the work required. As your website is built using WordPress, a transfer may not always be possible, depending on the platform you want to move it to. We will discuss this with you and provide a fair price before any work is undertaken.
Yes. Temporary backend access may be provided at our discretion. Once backend access is provided, we accept no responsibility or liability for any changes, errors, damage, loss or issues that may occur.
Your communication is primarily handled by email. If you require an online video consultation, this is available for a one-off fee. However, if you require reasonable adjustments, an online video consultation may be provided free of charge, subject to appropriate supporting evidence.
