Results such as leads, sales, or growth will depend on your business, your offer, your level of participation, and external factors such as your industry and the wider economic environment. While outcomes cannot be guaranteed, our aim is to give your business a strong foundation and the visibility needed to support growth over time.

Timeframes vary. We work in structured stages, with each stage taking no more than one calendar month. While some early progress may be seen sooner, we generally work towards a six-month timeframe to build a solid foundation and consistent visibility. Results will depend on your responsiveness, level of engagement, your business offering, and external factors such as your industry and the wider economic environment.

No. We work primarily with individuals who are starting from scratch and do not have an existing website.

For your website, you can provide content or we can assist based on the information you give us. For social media, we currently create content using stock images and written captions. We are aware this approach may not suit everyone, and we aim to improve and expand our social media offering over time.

You will need to be actively involved. This includes providing information, responding to questions, and reviewing what is created.

We offer a structured, all-in-one approach for new business owners, combining setup guidance with done-for-you services such as branding, website design, and content.

Our plans can start from as low as £99 per month, depending on the level of support you choose.

Yes. We require a minimum commitment of six months.

We primarily offer ongoing support and do not provide one-off services. The only exception is a one-off manual WordPress installation service, which may be required if your hosting plan does not include one-click WordPress installation.

All communication is handled via email to ensure clarity and a written record.

No. We do not guarantee results such as sales or revenue.

All payments are non-refundable, due to the nature of the services and the resources allocated, including staffing and time. Full details will be outlined in your agreement before you proceed.

Once payment is made, we will send you a set of questions via email. Your responses will guide the setup process, and we will begin work based on the information provided.

You will need a business idea and the ability to register and operate a business lawfully. After payment, you will provide further details via our questionnaire.

Yes. You will own the final deliverables created for your business, such as your logo, website, and content.

Yes, we do. However, guidance relating to business registration, choosing a business bank account, and general accounting guidance is limited to those setting up a business in the UK. If you are based outside the UK, communication may involve translation from English into another language where needed, and we may need to work together to ensure everything is clearly understood; while we can assist with translation, accuracy, interpretation, and final understanding remain your responsibility.

Each stage is typically allocated one calendar month. Delays in providing information or approvals may affect timelines, and we ask that you inform us in advance if you expect to be unavailable. Delays may also result in late payment charges and, in some cases, termination of the agreement as outlined in your contract.

We primarily work with new business owners starting from scratch and do not usually take over or manage existing websites or systems. In rare circumstances and under certain conditions, we may consider this, but this is not a standard part of our service and would be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

We provide guidance via email, but we do not complete these tasks on your behalf. You are responsible for all purchases and setup. For hosting, we recommend choosing a plan with one-click WordPress installation. If this is not selected, an additional one-off fee will apply for manual WordPress setup.

We handle areas such as your website, social media accounts, and content, while you remain responsible for business registration, banking, accounting, and the overall running of your business.

If you choose to end the agreement before the minimum term is completed, an early termination fee may apply. This is to cover work already carried out, time allocated, and resources committed. Full details will be clearly outlined in your agreement before you proceed.

We keep our pricing low by focusing on what you need to get set up and visible, without unnecessary extras. Where possible, we use free and cost-effective tools, which helps reduce costs while still delivering a structured, practical service.
